There are a few possible causes for stats not displaying in an Event:
1. You have connected a game account other than the account you are playing on.
- Step 1: Open the Social Sidebar by tapping your icon in the top left of the Home screen
- Step 2: Tap your Icon and SmerfID in the Social Sidebar to navigate to your Profile
- Step 3: Tap the Stats tab of your Profile screen
- Step 4: Check to make sure that the user displayed on your Stat Card for that game is the same as the user you are playing as.
- Step 5: If it is the wrong account, log in to the correct account in game
2. Give it some time. The platform and game API's can take time to pull everyone's stats.
3. You have not joined the Event.
- Step 1: Navigate to the Event you would like to join
- Step 2: Check the Event Join Requirements
- Step 3: Tap the "Join Event" button
4. You are not playing the correct game mode.
- Step 1: Navigate to the Event you are participating in
- Step 2: Scroll down to the "How to Win" section
- Step 3: Tap the Information icon "i" to check applicable game modes
5. You have not yet played a game since the Event started.
6. You are playing on a server outside your detected region.
- Sometimes game API's struggle to correctly notify the platform of your region. If you are playing outside the NA region, and your Stat card on your profile is completely missing or blank, please contact Smerf support directly.
